order and ship your ordered items to you. The prices shown on
this page reflect only product prices. Sales tax will apply
to orders placed by Ohio residents. Additional shipping charges
will apply to all shipped orders. Our customer service representative
will provide you with additional cost information when your
order is placed. United States shipping destinations only.
As
an optional order method, you can e-mail your order item list
to us, however, please do not include credit card information
in the e-mail. For your security, please call us and provide us
with your credit card information after sending the e-mail. We
